Brad and his wife, Melissa, have been married since 1993. They have two great kids, Nathan and Rachel. Brad has been in ministry for 19 years. After 10 years in youth-oriented ministry, God began leading Brad and Melissa to plant a church in Columbus that would focus on reaching hurting and unchurched people, introducing them to the love of God in practical ways. Brad also serves as the chaplain of the Norwich Township Fire Department, which serves the city of Hilliard.
Dan Siems and his wife Darlene moved to Hilliard in 2018. Prior to that they lived in Southern California since 2006, where they attended and served at Saddleback Church. Six years ago Dan was invited to preach a sermon on tithing at Lifepoint church where he struck-up a friendship with Pastor Brad. This relationship lead Dan and Darlene to join the people at Lifepoint, serve as Executive Pastor to the church, and help others grow and serve in the church and community.
Bailey has a heart and desire to lead others into the presence of the Lord. He understands that worship is much more than just music, that it’s a lifestyle. Tricia and her husband, Tim, have been married since 1998 and have 3 amazing children: Olivia, Ella, and Luke. Tricia has a passion for teaching, serving and especially for partnering with parents and guiding children as they grow in their faith. Tricia and her family have been attending Lifepoint since 2015.
Derrick, his wife Amanda, and their 4 kids have a desire to plant the seed of Christ in the hearts of everyone they meet. He understands that the journey to Gods kingdom in heaven starts early and that’s why he has such a passion to teach children about God. He has a heart to serve, which has been able to use as a Registered Nurse for the last 8 years, and now as the Assistant Director of Children’s Ministry. Derrick’s hope is that he can positively impact families to come together and live in alignment with Gods purpose for them.
Jenn is honored to serve the children and families of Lifepoint. She has combined her many years of teaching experience and her ability to connect with kids in her role as Director of Children’s Ministry. Jenn believes that the combination of engaging kids at church and partnering with parents at home is the most effective way to help kids embrace Jesus forever. Jenn, her husband Larry, and their three children have grown tremendously in their faith at Lifepoint since 2006.
Mimi and her husband, Jonathan have been married since 2001. They have 7 beautiful children; Emma, Shelby, Janna, Wesley, Aiden, Evan and Nellie. Mimi sees great value in overseeing the care and teaching of the babies and preschoolers at Lifepoint. It’s her heart’s desire that each child leaves class knowing how much God loves them.
Ben has a desire to instill in students a personal pursuit to develop and grow in faith. With a strong foundation of faith established, we’ll be able see all obstacles and joys through the lens of our loving God. Ben and his wife, Cynthia, have two young sons. Through God’s leading, Emilie began using her gifts for creative ministry. Working along side the Redemptive Arts teams, it is her hope that Jesus can be revealed to people in a whole new way. Emilie and her husband, Nick, have two energetic and loving daughters; Isla and Nora.
Michelle has a passion for loving and serving people as they are. She and her husband, Chris, have been married since 2011 and have attended Lifepoint since spring 2011. Michelle loves serving in the front desk and as a ministry partner.
Kristin and her husband, Tim, have been a part of the Lifepoint family since 2006. They have three wonderful children – Malia, Koen, and Lincoln. Kristin considers it a privilege and an honor to serve as the financial officer for the church in her role as the Treasurer. She also works part-time as a Finance Manager for a local property development company. In her free time, Kristin loves doing anything music-related and on Sundays she can often be found playing the keyboard and singing with the Worship band.
