Brad Kochis
Lead Pastor
Brad is married to Melissa and they have two children.
They’ve been married since 1993 and Brad has been in ministry for 11 years. After 10 years in youth oriented ministry, God began moving Brad and Melissa to plant a church that would focus on reaching hurting and un-churched people, introducing them to the love of God in ways that make sense.
Ohio is home for Brad, while Melissa grew up in Eastern Kentucky. Brad and Melissa spent time in Southern Ohio and Atlanta in ministry before moving to the Dublin area to plant Lifepoint church. Brad also serves as the chaplain of the Norwich Township Fire Department, which serves the city of Hilliard.

Roger McDaniel
Director of Daily Operations & Worship Arts
Roger is married to Karen and they have two children. Roger has been on the team at Lp since December 2004 and has serves in many different capacities! He oversees the daily operations of the church administratively as well as designs the musical environment for our worship gatherings.

Melissa Kochis
Director of Kidspoint School-Age Ministries
Melissa is a major part of the Lp team. She co-founded the church with Brad and has served in a variety of capacities as the church has grown. She loves leading the capable ministry partner team of Kidspoint!

Pete Capocciama
Director of Club 56 & Wildly Outrageous Wednesdays
Pete is married to Linda and primarily leads our Club 56 (fifth and sixth grade ministry) and WOW. Pete brings a great deal of creativity as he continues to make God’s word relevant to young lives!

Jeremy Holbrook
Director of Lifepoint Youth Ministries
Jeremy and Sarah moved from Kentucky to serve in the area of youth ministry. Jeremy has a heart for seeing students lives moving in God’s direction. Throughout the year the students meet in a variety of environments. They meet weekly in the context of worship and engage multiple retreats each year.

Tiffany Knapik
Director of Kidspoint Nursery/Pre-School Ministries
Tiffany is married to Greg and they have a daughter. Tiffany oversees the scheduling and leading of the pre-school / nursery ministry. She has a knack for administration and a heart for ministry. She also helps with some of the overall publication details for Lp.
